Andrew Jefferies is a theatre director with a decade of experience helming productions in both Utah and Texas.

He received his BFA in Music Dance Theatre from Brigham Young University, and is currently preparing for his MFA in Directing.

Andrew is experienced in directing musical, classical, and contemporary theatre in a variety of settings. He approaches all projects with empathy for the characters and audience in order to create impactful experiences. He firmly believes that all artistic choices must be in service of the story, characters, and text of the show.

His recent minimalistic production of Ordinary Days was praised for being "the best theatre I've seen in years" and for demonstrating that "you don't need a big budget and a Broadway stage to make a difference with theatre."

In his free time, Andrew loves to spend time reading, cooking, and spending time with his wife Heather and son Henry.
